はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社L7（以下「当社」）が提供するパズルゲーム「Chain Numbers」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。

第1条 利用範囲

当社は、本規約に従って個人・非商用目的に限り、本アプリを無償で利用する非独占的ライセンスをユーザーに付与します。

  • 本アプリはスマートフォン・タブレット・Web ブラウザで利用できます。
  • 本規約に違反する利用はライセンスの自動失効事由となります。

第2条 禁止事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル
  2. 本アプリの全部または一部の複製・改変・二次配布・販売
  3. 本アプリを用いた商業目的の広告・宣伝行為
  4. チートツール・不正プログラム等による不正操作
  5. 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する一切の行為
  6. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

第3条 知的財産権

本アプリに関するすべての著作権・商標権・その他の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約はこれらの権利をユーザーに譲渡するものではありません。

第4条 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿（"as is"）で提供されます。当社は以下の点について一切の責任を負いません。

  • 本アプリの動作不具合・中断・終了
  • 本アプリの利用またはアクセス不能によって生じた損害
  • 端末・ネットワーク環境に起因する不具合
  • 第三者サービス（Google AdMob 等）に関連して生じた損害

適用法令が免責を制限する場合、当社の責任は法令の定める最小限の範囲に限られます。

第5条 サービスの変更・終了

当社は事前の通知なしに本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。当社はこれに起因する損害について責任を負いません。

第6条 準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、当社の本店所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the puzzle game "Chain Numbers" (the "App") provided by L7 Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 — License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes free of charge.

  • The App may be used on smartphones, tablets, and web browsers.
  • Any use in violation of these Terms will automatically terminate this license.

Article 2 — Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  2. Copy, modify, redistribute, or sell all or part of the App.
  3. Use the App for commercial advertising or promotional purposes.
  4. Use cheat tools or unauthorized programs to manipulate the App.
  5. Infringe upon the rights of us or any third party.
  6. Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Article 3 — Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you.

Article 4 — Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Malfunctions, interruptions, or termination of the App.
  • Any damages arising from use of or inability to access the App.
  • Issues caused by your device or network environment.
  • Any damages related to third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob).

Where applicable law limits disclaimers, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Article 5 — Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.

Article 6 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business, as the court of first instance.
